Working with scale is something new to me, so I became best friends with my metal ruler, being that measurement, proportion and volume where the mean key to creating this design. After stretching down my ideas I ended up pick my feature design as you see below. I choose the feather because its graceful and light and I add a shade of black, working with lights, mediums and darks since I more of a graphic bold artist. Using the xacto knife, I was able to create scores on the base in order to hold and show the scale ranging from 1- 15 from small too big. By adding more than required made my piece stand out, giving me a great understanding of balance and unity.
